It's been 4 months and the phone number on my account STILL has not been updated. I submitted the form that your bank required, even sending it from the US to my niece, then had it hand-delivered to make sure your branch gets it. I need my money, I want my money as it is intended for my mom's medical care. I can't provide that right now because BPI is hoarding my money. Your company is such a disappointment.
