Initially was told that my two vouchers for flying to the Caribbean could be used for me another person but my name is on both of them. Also they did not mention that I would have to spend $999 to get them activated. I also don’t know if I will have to pay that twice because I have two vouchers!!!!!! I need answers. I was guaranteed 3 special weeks and 3 bonus weeks. The man working with me told me I would get $300 resort credit with my stay but actually it would only be $150 with discounts on other services like a romantic dinner that I believed to be included. My membership does not start until the beginning of this year. Do I get access to those weeks before then? Also with RCI it states that I can use the weeks prior to my membership starting, how do I do that? Lastly I understand that I Sunwing has an affiliation with Travel Smart but don’t know how to use it.
