Update by user Apr 01, 2021 I HAVE TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES, YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A LIVE HUMAN, ONLY LEAVE MESSAGES WITH NO CALL BACKS Original review posted by user Apr 01, 2021 THEY ATTACHED THEM SELF TO OUR CONSUMER ENERGY BILL WITH NO PERMISSION ON OUR PART, THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEM, THEY WILL NEVER CALL BACK, TRIED CALLING FOR A MONTH, THEY ADDED $500 TO MY BILL THAT I'm STUCK WITH NOW User's recommendation: WATCH YOUR CONSUMER BILLS.
