Three times these people screwed up the orders, their good at saying sorry but doing nothing to make things right, they made small meaningless refunds that DONT cover the cost of the problem. They never refund leaving the customer feeling screwed. They ask you to open a chat and they take so long to come back to you the chat gets closed by THEIR system before anything’s resolved and you have to start all over again.
