I did receive a return call 2/3 days later. My gold time originally was 58 minutes, ridiculous amount of time. Representative was kind and helpful, just didnt have all my questions and concerns Lined up for the call. I wasnt going to have them call back it could be many more days. I just want to get a new lender. Im not a fan of this company. User's recommendation: Find a different lender.
