Failure to credit tier credits

on April 2nd to the 4th I was at Harrahs and also played at ballys and Caesars and the Tropicana and recorded approximately 2500 tier credits it was a 5x tier credit promotion I never received credit for the 5x tier credit promotion my name is Richard pezak and my diamond plus card number is 168********
