In Australia the warranty is 12 months only. However, the laces fell apart after six hours of use. Merrell Australia defined this as wear and tear as the $259.00 Hiking MYOB shoe was purchased six months ago. Merrell Australia has a poor customer service department, however the Hiking Shoe/ boot is the best. I’ve trekked Camino’s, Mountains, Ice and Snow and I feel safe with Merrell but buy extra laces in case.
