THEN, IF WE CALL THE PENSION, HOSPITAL AND BENEFIT PLAN OF THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY, WE'RE SNOTTILY REPRIMANDED THAT WE CANNOT BE HELPED NOR INTERNALLY TRANSFERRED THOUGH THEY'RE AWARE THIS IS HAPPENING. (MS. SCIARAFFA) ABSOLUTELY INCREDUBBLE. LAST YEAR, MANY COMPANIES AND UNIONS CHANGED FROM MAGNACARE TO HORIZON. AT LEAST WITH HORIZON THE HOLD TIMES ARE REASONABLE! I HOPE COME 1-1-19 THEY CHANGE AS MAGNACARE CAN'T BE AS BUSY AS LAST YEAR IN 2017! KEEP UP THE HOLD TIMES AND PROVIDERS WON'T HAVE THE TIME TO BE ON HOLD FOR OUR PATIENTS AND YOU MAY RISK LOSS OF BUSINESS AS A RESULT. ABSOULTEY UNACCEPTABLE!
