at Rzadko's 10 Minute Oil Change 1285 S Lapeer Rd, Oxford, MI 48371, the owner went crazy on me as a customer. I have been bringing in numerous vehicles for years and had an issue with my card processing and had 4 pending charges and should only have been one. This owner Bill for $130 called me the next day yelling up a storm why I asked for 3 charges to be taken off and why he was short $130. I am not sure if he has issues deeper than I know but he was crazy. Thankfully he called in his wife to come down and she was rational and understood the situation. The workers there have always been great but sad to say you lost a loyal customer and several other customers today because of your(Bill) lack of control and could not speak to a customer in a civil manner. I hope you(Bill) don't treat your employees as abusive as you do your customers.
