Excessive Charges

The 1st year I was with them the rates were great and my bill was low in fact I had a credit on my account. I renewed in January and have paid egregiously high service charges. I should not have over a $400+ bill in the summer with no heat on when my budget billing is only $150 per month and the rest of the bill is their ridiculous charges. Needless to say I cancelled their service.
