Our 1500.00 CaKing mattress had huge sleeping dents after only 2 years. No we are not overly heavy people. The Mattress was placed on our sleigh frame with plywood placed on the slats. As per instructed. Here we are with a mattress that is not even sleepable!! I did submit a claim to the insurance company we paid for at time of purchase. Only to be referred back to Englander. They provided us with 5 pages of how to submit a claim. It was a joke!! I am furious and plan to post negative reviews every where possible. Not to mention the pain in my back has become debilitating
