I had been approved for the Emgality Savings Card. I went to the pharmacy and had no problem getting my Emgality filled. Then the next month came and the savings card would not work. The savings card supervisor for some reason all of a sudden said I wasn’t eligible but wouldn’t say why. I called back at least 4 times and everytime was told something different as to why the card wouldn’t work. I have Anthem insurance and Emgality blamed that Anthem wouldn’t allow the savings card to be used. I call Anthem and they say no way. I meet all criteria that the Emgality site requires for assistance for a drug that is $600. I find it odd how all of a sudden they don’t want to help pay.
