I asked about a vanity light on how to change a bulb that wasn’t working. He had no clue and said the company discontinued making that product. Said I had to take it up with the store I bought it from. Funny that I reordered an identical one so apparently pfister still makes it!!!!

Thanks to the delay in parts then the delay of the replacement faucet because the hose was backordered, and now on Christmas, as we warned customer service, we had a major leak on Christmas with a house full of company.
