eft payment query

Highly disgusted. I placed an online order on the 25/08/2020 (order nr [protected]). I paid via your eft service on the website and I got notification from my bank that the payment was successful. The next day when I checked the status of my order I saw it was cancelled. I called your customer service department and they asked me to email a copy of my bank statement of which I did. I was initially told it takes 48 to 72 hours but to date I have not received any feedback. I called this morning and asked to be put through to the accounts department held on for over 10 minutes listening to your music then call got cut. I want my money refunded.
