Dot 5 Hosting Sucks – impossible to cancel account

It is impossible to cancel an account with Dot 5 Hosting. The will continue to charge your credit card after you try to end your service. I've sent 10 emails and made 7 phone calls, alldocumented, attempting to cancel. They just keep charging. Do not do business with them unless you want to pay for it for life!
