Don’t buy Levolor Blinds.
2
I had a Levolor cellular shade that stopped retracting. I was told it was still under warranty. I paid $20.19 to USPS to send the shade to their repair facility as instructed. Three weeks later I received the shade back and it was not repaired. No note, no nothing. I called back in to Levolor and found out the shade was returned unrepaired because it was not a custom shade, even though it was a Levolor shade. Why was I not told this before I sent the shade in? Why did Levolor make me throw away my money like that. They did not offer to refund my money but basically told me to bad. My house is full of Levelor blinds and I would have thought they would try to assist me but no offer even with a supervisor involved. Guess what. I now have to replace the one that broke plus two more in my bedroom so they will all match since they can't even tell me what color of replacement to order to match the two existing ones. Really poor customer service in my opinion. I will now have to replace all 3 blinds in my bedroom but it won't be with Levolor blinds. Other blind companies offer lifetime guarantees so I will order from someone else that provides customer service.
