My mother rented a water heater from them 7 years ago. Recently my mother passed and I called Columbia home solutions to cancel the rental. They told me I would have pay a buyout fee of $160 and I get a bill every month to pay the amount, my mother paid over $1400 dollars in rental fees for this water heater. I myself did not sign an agreement they said I was responsible for in. The water I have is a standard 40 gallon the cost about $400 as far as I am concerned I did not sign this contract and they can take back their fully depreciated water heater and I will put the $160 towards a new one. My attorney agreed I didnt sign a contract, Im not responsible for it
