I booked a car in Barcelone, Spain. Needless to say, they were veeeeery quick in taking my money. Just BAAAAM and it's gone... I waited for 2 days or them to send me a confirmation email. but had never received it. Then I called their customer support and wrote a couple of emails. Never replied. Don't know what to do. I would even be happy to cancel this crap, but I don't know how. I mean I know how I am just not sure my money will be refunded. Who knows what I have to do next?
