My product leaks and is not cooling properly. A plug was left out of the unit which makes a difference according to Della because I just passsed the one year mark they will not send the plug they also will not tell me where I can obtain the part and are not supplying any information as to how to resolve the cooling and leaking issues. DO NOT BUY DELLA what you save upfront soon becomes a total loss. Staff and company do not support customer or products. I am currently shopping for to other products in my home that Della makes but will buy from other manufacturers
