I used My Check Free for a number of years to pay my Entergy bills. Back in October, I was billed twice, with the second bill being double the usual bill. I had my bank successfully dispute the transaction. A month later, I got the notice from Fiserv that I owed them the money. I called the number and was treated very rudely and dismissively. I talked to Entergy. The double bill did not come from them. Fiserv made an error and payed Entergy a duplicate bill. It was their error. Entergy emailed them them to tell them that. They are still sending me notices and sending it to collections, even though it was their mistake. According to them, because they, without Entergy asking for it, payed a duplicate bill, I am responsible for the money they payed by mistake. I am not having it. They are bullies who treat people who won't be bullied like they are stupid. I am tired of big companies preying on individuals.
