I am a long time player of an online game that was one of many recently acquired by Gamigo. Ever since the acquisition it’s all gone downhill. Unanswered support tickets, recycled content, server constantly goes offline for “maintenance,” and comes back up more broken than before. These people are very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. The best bet is either A: overhaul developers, management and business model or B: bankrupt this awful company by not throwing your money at them.
