1-21-20 This is but a small sampling of the reviews that I read on line about this company they have a great website and store front but that is about it. Once you send them the money you are put on their do not answer list, same with emails. I started working with them (in October 2019) by first contacting them from their website. They were very helpful until I wired over $4,000.00 to them. Shipping was delayed over and over again then when part finally got there, Old Dominion would not release the part because they had not paid their bill. Once that was resolved my customer went to install the part and it was the wrong Pump. I tried calling them and emailing them to let them know and no answer I finally called from an unknown number and got through. His response was do you want your money back or the right part. I said I wanted the right part, and he said he would have it there in 2 wk max it has been over a month and no parts no calls no emails I finally have had with this guy, I have been in the heavy equipment all my life and never ran into anyone that has miss represented parts like this guy.
