I have a recliner that cost almost $1,000. You would think the cover would be made of good material. WRONG! It is of the cheapest. Within 2 years the frame came apart....wood. The braids used were bent over and came out. The fabric...which when I purchased was told was leather...began to crack and peel exposing cloth behind it. The color began wearing off in several spots. I called the company and after calling 3 times I talked to a lady named Shelby. That was useless because she was not concerned and said there was nothing she could do. So...I'm stuck with a recliner that looks like crap...and everyone I meet or know....will know about the cheap furniture Franklin makes!! And they don't care about the customer and further more....they are a scam!
