Dispute in the price of a Christmad tree

Hi I am not one to complain in fact I am very patient. However on November 10 I ordered a Christmas tree. 2018. I can't believe that it took almost a month to receive. I call several times and was still given the run around. First of all my Thanksgiving was not so nice because my great grand always look forward to getting their gifts from under the tree. Then when I finally did recieve the tree I received a text message stating the that the totally cost would only be 159.00 total. My first response was wow they didn't charge me for shipping and handling since it was brylanelandhomes fault in the first place. I am totally upset because I was treated like a pure *** When I call to dispute my bill I was told that the email that I was sent just didn't put the tax on it. That makes no sense and if it was a mistake that was not my fault. I was lied to and nothing was done to solve my problem. Yes I agree to pay the full price when I ordered I had no problem with that. It was just not handled in a professional manner and I do not understand how you can guote two different prices for the life of me.
