Do you people give out memberships in hopes of scamming money out of people? If someone didn't even SIGN UP for your membership, why would you still charge them?? I received a membership card but never signed up for it. I end up being charged for $11.99 from a store I don't even visit hardly. I think this place is completely full of *** and deserves to die off like its predecessors.. Here's an idea, don't be so *** bent of giving out memberships you KNOW no one will use just to make money. Clearly you're that desperate for money and shoppers that you're resorting to this type of business... This place is a joke..
