Ripped off by these scammers!!

Same as everyone… Ordered the Effervescent Spray Cleaner, they charged my checking account $9.90 twice, never got the product and this was back in Oct. 2018. I’ve sent numerous messages and this is still not resolved.

Ordered cleaning product Oct 2018 and never received it but charged for it

Ordered cleaning product in early Oct 2018 they deducted the money but I did not receive the product even said it had been posted but I checked it online and it said there was no such order.
