Disappointment and frustration

Dont use Parcel hero. I didnt receive my parcel sent on the 8th of December. The customer service is not reliable giving contradictory information and not help at all. The only thing they ask you is to review their service. And I am doing it. My parcel was due in few days and today is the 26th of January and its not arrived yet. Impossible to have any kind of information regarding my parcel. It is constantly in transit. The telephone number provided on the website is not working. He is not reachable. Not a very good service for a 24-hour customer service. Dont use it. User's recommendation: Don’t use it.
