Direct expreas

I have reported my card lost or stolen and direct express will not send me a new replacement card. What can I do? Social security disability is what I am claimant of, I need to resolve this issue asap. Its been months is there a way to have direct express send a replacement card to address 1513 Presidio fort worth Texas 76102. Please contact [protected]@gmail.com
