Refund promised and not delivered

I was bounced back and forth between paramount and the gym itself in order to get a refund. Both places are claiming the other is supposed to handle the refund. Still no refund. I did a “paid in full” account…BIG MISTAKE. When they called me yesterday they said nothing and then disconnected the line.
