I booked the ticket for kolkata to pune on 5th Dec 2020. After few days they sent a message saying your flight has been cancelled, u can opt for a full refund. But, when i opted for full refund, they deducted all the cancellation charges as per any normal cancellation. After that they refused to take any calls and their worthless virtual assistant AVA directly said we cannot help you in this case. They won't listen to any complaints after cheating their customers, worst airlines in the whole world. User's recommendation: Never book any flights in air asia specially in india. you will be cheated 100%. Even if other flight costs some more or even if the other flight takes a longer time to reach your destination, always book the other flight, atleast you will surely reach your destination. With airasia you will never reach on time and also your entire ticket will be taken up by them.
