Denied return by Saks Fifth Avenue

My husband got an email from Saks where they offered us 20% off for our next purchase based on our unpleasant experience with the store. We appreciate Saks reaching out but all they offered is a little discount for a next purchase but never mentioned the shoes that still give my husband a horrible pain. He still cant wear any other shoe other that slides. We extremely upset and disappointed that a company like this wouldnt help with the return of the shoe or what we asked an exchange that give blood blisters to their clients. Where is customer service and understanding the pain of your client caused by the product you have sold?
