I always buy lenovo phones and customer service in other retailers is great. I had previously a defective Lenovo P70 and it was repaired in less than 10 days (Jovi Tronix was not the company repairing it). Now I got a lenovo P2 and unfortunately it has a problem in the touch screen. Surprisingly, Jovi Tronix is the company responsible for repairing it. They told me that it will take maximum 21 days. It took for them a month and still nothing. They keep telling me that they don't have the item yet to repair my phone. However, when I went to the local stores they all have the item and they told me it will take one day to repair it. 099864
