My self Rajesh Kumar, R/O GH-14/954, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087 having my mobile No. [protected]. My I-Nova machine is under AMC. I made a complaint regarding non functioning of my water purifier on 17.8.2010 at customer care of eureka forbes and I have been given assurance that within 24 hours my filter will be ok. But I am very sorry to say that neither any person visited my house nor given me any information about when I problem will be solved by the concerned office. My family members are getting sick due to drinking non filter water. Please take approperiate action to solve my complaint at the earliest. with regards
