As many others have indicated, I was not given complete information regarding the cost of using my membership. I was led t believe that for the same cost of my vacation at the time I could book a week per year for the same amount. I made a down payment and agreed to payment arrangements. The contract allows you to cancel within 5 days, HOWEVER, TravelSmart does not provide you with the log on information you need to find out you have been lied to until after the 5 days have passed. I immediately contacted customer service and the woman who sent me my log on information to indicate it was not what I was promised and asked to cancel I have been getting the run around since. I was offered a lesser package which I was not interested in; then I was offered out of the contract but they will keep my $2,200 down payment. That is theft as far as I cam concerned. I keep asking to speak to a superior but this does not happen. I have disputed the charge with my bank. Please do not be taken in by the false promises of this company.
