So first when I bought the couch and the delivery guy came out here popping off racial slurs with my daughters African American boyfriend at my house (and we are not ignorant and wont tolerate it in our home) I asked him to leave and I wanted someone else to deliver the couch, then when the couch came one section of it was broken on the back and was promised to replace it within a week and here we are two months out and I still have a broken chair on my couch, then my son had to have emergency appendectomy so I was late on a payment and rather than someone getting in touch with me they ran my card without my permission for 320.00
