At first I had a bad experience with a local office in Jackson Tennessee due to a misunderstanding about the contract because they didn't know then I talked to Michelle Johnson from Memphis Tennessee and she had a great customer service attitude she was a great person and she made me feel a lot better Royal furniture needs more people like Michelle
