Mt recent experiance with Cub Cadet Customer Service is that they do not know what that is. They were very rude, treated me like *** and would not listen to my complaint. Like there products that they make, very poor! When I told them of my problem with their tractor, she told me she couldn't fix it over the phone and she didn't even know if I had one of their tractors. She finally agreed that I was on her computer with all the information on the tractor I purchased. They would not deviate from their standard procedures to help me out with my problem. Stay away from this company!
