CSA Travel Protection Refund

We purchased Cancellation Insurance from CSA and had to cancel our trip. We can not get a hold of anyone to help us. Furthermore, we have faxed and emailed the Claim forms several times with the same auto email response that someone would be getting a hold of us soon. We have been attempting to resolve this issue since March. Amazing that you pay for a service that you hope you won't need but have to use it, and you can't get what you paid for. User's recommendation: Do not use CSA.
