I tried to ship my car from Miami to the UK. Rinkens lost all of yhe paperwork, and lied to me until the day it was due to arrive in the UK, and only then came clean. It was still in a parking lot in Miami. They have now taken >1month to apply for a new title meanwhile the car cant be shippef. They ignore you, their comms are terrible and their customer service if shockily poor. Avoid like the plague they couldnt have done a worse job if they tried.
