Ordered samples for shipping fee only and received. on 8/21 and 8/22 received email confirmation of two orders I did not order. One for $89.87 and the other for $88.99. Took two days to get thru on phone and was told I had agreed to getting these two orders when I ordered the samples. I did not knowingly do so. After the firs person I spoke to I was sent to supervisor who was very pleasant, more then I was. She credited 75% of the charges better then nothing and a worse migraine.. do not order samples from them. While on the phone waiting for confirmation numbers I could hear another representative explaining the whole thing about agreeing to get the additional two orders so I guess they get these calls pretty often.
