Hi. I just felt bad from the staff in the branch, downtown Seattle. I wanted to buy the winter hat for my friend but there is one size. I know it is only one size but i was not sure it would be ok for my friend so I approached a staff there and showed him the picture of my friend with hat. I asked him you think it would be ok for him and he said “ there is one size” I did not want to buy anything at all with his help . I left the store. I would like to buy it in the other Arcteryx with other staff. He just did his job telling me the fact that hat has only one size. But I need a little help to choose it. Apprantely, I did not get it.
