I bought a car back in Dec 2019 and along with that car I was convinced to buy the ECP warranty. I paid $799.99 just to find out that they dont cover any scratches for the interior. Hence, my claim was denied on the interior scratch. I was also told that with ECP I can make an appointment to do wax coating protection every year. Well, I called today to make an appointment for the coating as its been a year and the dealership says no its a one time application and it should be good. Why say something that isnt true? Why rip off people? Why write a coverage of the stuff covered under warranty and not pull through with the coverage. Im tired of dealing with scammers so Ill let Karma do its thing. User's recommendation: Do not buy ECP warranty for your car. You’ll waste your money.
