Complaint. Something biting me in the bed. Looks like bedbugs

Room 413, the initial room I was in needs to be exterminated for bed bugs. I took pictures and there was a large bedbug about a quarter to a half inch in length. Most of the bedbugs that were coming through the bottom sheet were smaller than the size of a pin head. I hope nothing has crawled into my belongings. I wish not to transport bedbugs into my vehicle or home. I was moved to Room 406. The room was sufficient; however, I asked for a blanket and the front desk manager offered me a flimsy, thin, white comforter as a blanket when I asked him to retrieve a bagged blanket from Room 413 which maid service had given me. It was tied in a white, large, plastic garbage bag. It took him more than 15 minutes to bring it to me. I know the hotel has more than two blue blankets. The maid initially gave me two blankets. She got them out of her supply closet on the fourth floor. This is my second stay at the Microtel Inn in less than a month and I have encountered the same front desk manager. This is the serving time he has offered me that flimsy, white comforter. He offered to me on my last visit when I requested a blanket. He is expeditious in requesting that guests come down to the front desk to get items such as blankets instead of being courtesy and customer friendly and delivering them the room. I am expecting a discount or refund for the multiple bedbug bites I received.
