Complaint about manager not letting me take my property

They're not letting me get my property out I'm getting kicked out because somebody else use my code and was in past hours I don't know how that's possible if the gates close at 9:00 they said they saw him at 1:30 in the morning anyways I want to get my property out and now they want to just give me stuff out I need more time than that I have two full storages
