*** Company; Won’t let me Return; Website does not work

I purchased a bottle of conditioner and it was so tiny, I could barely find it in the oversized, peanut-filled (HORRIBLE for the environment) box. Ridiculous they would charge $36. When I went online, I then saw all the reviews that said their products make their hair fall out and info about the class action lawsuit. I have been trying to return for days now and I can't get a response from the company. Emails sent to their customer service are getting returned! What a SCAM
