Company sent my shoes to a previous address.

My address was changed on the profile of my acct on the website after i realized in december my address needed to be changed per customer svc, I returned my shoes because they didnt fit, It was returned back stating past the refund policy. First of all of course its passed. I dont live in Baltimore any more! But to resend the shoes to the wrong address is not acceptable. And the no clue cust rep "states they sent it back because they dont see the correct address. Only the address from the orig order. Not to mention the return address on the package. BEWAREE of this company. I will be paying them off and never ordering again, because since i live in GA, I just want to travel to Maryland to try them on. No common sense from customer service at all. Reading from a script does not satisfy all complaints from a customer. I feel they need a big 0! User's recommendation: Dont buy!!!
