I will sum up: - Just spent 2+ hrs. on phone with worthless customer ‘service’ - Unless you have (2) separate phone numbers and (2) separate email addresses, you cannot send money to YOURSELF! -You cannot transfer from one bank acct. TO ANOTHER OF YOUR OWN BANK ACCTS IF: 1) Both banks do not use Zelle and 2) you don’t have (2) separate phone numbers and (2) separate email addresses! - Zelle does NOT want to hear suggestions. They will LOCK your acct. HANDS-DOWN, the most frustrating, worthless, joke-of-a-company I’ve ever encountered. FOR YOUR SAKE: PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
