Bought a New Zalman Z9 Plus computer case with $10 rebate.Zalman now says they never received the rebate..after checking other reviews I see this is a common pratice for them. So if you see a Zalman product with a rebate...Don't hold your breath waiting for it..When buying from Zalman base your spent money only on the retail price and don't think you will be getting a great deal because it says you have a rebate coming..Bottom line is you will be paying full retail..Just wanted to give buyers a HEADS UP.
