Update by user Jul 06, 2021 Living Spaces never budged from there original position. I have never used there merchandise and never. Their position is that I am only a lowly customer and er are a large company do they do not need to deal with me. My happiest day will be when they go out of business. Original review posted by user Jun 05, 2021 Living Spaces refused to take back the pillows, one if which was never used and the other was causing health issues even though it was used one night. They said the only thing they "might" be able to do would be to offer a discount. The pillows are useless to me. I was vaccinated against COVIT well before the purchase. Bottom line is corporate profits come first and customer satisfaction is not part of their equation. It was an expensive lesion on my part but hopefully a higher authority will deal with this terrible company in the future. User's recommendation: Never ever deal with this company.
