"On June 14, I had Stanley Steemer clean tile and grout n 3 rooms and apply sealant. When done, I witnessed one of the technicians dumping a sizeable amount of what looked like soapy water on our driveway. Not wanting to make a big deal out of it, that it wouldn't damage anything I let it go. When it dried up it looked it was all washed After the next rain the spill (running the length of the driveway) dried up and disappeared or so I thought until the next rain the affected areas turned an off white and did the same after every rain. Realizing this was a bigger problem, I called the company and they agreed to send the manager to my house to see it after the second call. He was getting impatient that there was nothing there until I hosed down the area and there it was. He tried removing it with soapy water and a scrub brush. The end result was that hehad no idea what it is and never seen anything like it before. I expressed my concerns that they dumped this unidentifiable possibly dangerous chemical and worse yet, I assume this is also in our house. I've made 5 more calls in the past 3 days both to the local office and Corporate Customer Relations, no response. I need the substance identified as quickly as possible and a written explanation as to what is it, is there any danger, and how are they going to remove from my 2 year old driveway and this needs to come from senior management." It has been 2 months and not a word from you, just your insurance claim perspn. Oh yes, I'm still finishing the job I paid for and they didn't do.
